Fees
Following an initial free telephone or e-mail assessment of your case we will follow this up with a formal letter detailing a breakdown of the work that we consider is appropriate to achieve your objective. A cost estimate will be provided in the letter based the complexity of work required. Expenses incurred in the work will also be payable, anticipated expenses will be detailed in the cost estimate.
Our fees are payable fortnightly in arrears and are based on our Schedule of Fees. The Client will be responsible for the payment of Council Planning Application Fees (and any advertising fees) and the usual arrangement is for the fee to be submitted with the planning application.
